The Sabre® Virtually There® Web site enables you to provide real-time travel information to your clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Virtually There is branded with your agency's logo and contact information, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. With this innovative tool, you can e-mail hyperlinks to itineraries and other travel information directly to your clients, adding even greater value to the quality services you already provide.

Since the e-mail is sent through the Sabre global distribution system, you don't even need access to the Internet to provide this service.

Your clients can access their travel information from Virtually There in two ways. They can click on the hyperlink you send them in an e-mail through the Sabre system, or they can go to www.virtuallythere.com and access it by typing in their reservation code and last name.
